The Company
PropCert completes 10,000+ property visits a month for a range of services including Gas Heating System Installations, Gas Appliance Servicing and Repairs, Electrical Safety Testing (EICRs), Electric Vehicle Charger Installations and energy surveys.
Established in 2012, with a head office in Beckenham, BR3, PropCert has grown year-on-year to become a significant competitor for gas, electrical and energy works.
The Role
The successful applicant will join the company as a self employed field based electrician. They will be responsible for completing residential EICRs / remedial works.
The role will consist of:
Working within 1 hour of Bristol carrying out the following duties:
- To carry out EICR & remedial works for private landlords and property owners.
- You will recieve an estimated 110 jobs per month, more jobs available in locations nearby.
- You book & manage your own diary via our portal.
- You will be paid £120 per EICR (Upto 10 circuits, additional circuits paid at £10 per circuit) & remedial works are to a schedule of rates. Additional fuseboards paid at £80 total circuits at the property must exceed 10.
Required skills:
- 18th edition wiring regulations
- 2365 Level 2 & 3 or equivalent
- NICEIC / NAPIT Accreditation.
- Competent at completing EICRs with relevant experience

£100.00-£300.00 per day

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
