Admin Officer MSK Physiotherapy Department

Band: 5

Location:
London

We are working on a great contract role as a admin assistant in Teddington.

We are looking for an admin assistant who has the following skills:

Excellent understanding of the KPI's and SLA for MSK Service to work with the Admin Team to be comply and on target
Excellent experience of managing a large Admin Team
Flexible to work on both sites as above and different times to cover Service wherever is needed
Understanding of different personalities and background to work with the Team to create a good working atmosphere
Excellent communication skills and proactive to take the lead at all times
Knowledge of how to deal with complaints
S1 booking system experience but not necessary
