About Our Client:

Work in Trafford Park. Manchester for an international company as a Customer Service Coordinator
(French Speaking) in the Manufacturing and Production industry.


Key responsibilities as a Customer Service Coordinator (French Speaking)

  • Be a single point of contact for national and international customers, cocoordinating between the customer and company
  • Process and tracking orders, keeping customers updated
  • Be proactive with customer opportunities through a developed sales approach, providing quotations, following up and upselling
  • Keep accurate customer records

The Successful Applicant:

-
French speaking

  • SAP must be trained in SAP
  • Experience within Customer Service, from a manufacturing background
  • Good Interpersonal skills

What's on Offer:

- £30,000 - £32,000 salary

  • Hybrid


  • Monday

  • Friday (Approx 37 hours)
  • Office Based in Trafford Park, Manchester
