This Top 10 international law firm is looking for a Financial Services Associate, 2-5 years PQE, to join its City of London team and enter a high-performing team.

The Role
- The team assist in setting up new businesses and product lines and draft and negotiate client, brokerage, investment management and custody agreements as well as compliance documentation
- Other aspects include perimeter issues, the rules governing the promotion and sale of financial products, and negotiates and documents the regulatory aspects of corporate transactions.
Requirements:
- You will be a Financial Services lawyer, 25 years PQE, with experience dealing with crossborder matters preferable, Knowledge of MiFID2, EMIR, PRIIPS, benchmark negotiation would be an advantage.
- Good organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
