Job Title: 6 month Fixed Term Contract - Personal Assistant to General Counsel & HR Director


Reporting Line:
General Counsel & HRD


Role Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the Executives


Key Role Accountabilities:


  • Extensive diary management and coordination of meetings
  • Travel bookings and production of itineraries for travel
  • Submission of expenses
  • Production and circulation of meeting agendas and reports
  • Minuting meetings where required and producing accurate minutes in a timely manner
  • Organising entertainment and team incentives where necessary
  • Managing the GC and HRD workstreams, diarising/prioritising reminders of outstanding issues/tasks and ensuring these are followed up.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders for updates on current business and relaying these to the GC & HRD
  • Ensuring that the GC & HRD are fully briefed, and all activities are completed with documentation available for their meetings.
  • Other adhoc administrative duties

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
