Residential Conveyancer - Bristol - £24,000 - £26,000

Duties include:


  • Take ownership of your own caseload of new build purchase matters and their related sales
  • Manage matters from inception to conclusion
  • Report to lenders, reviewing key documentation and resolving client due diligence issues
  • Work closely with unit leaders, colleagues, developers, housing associations
  • Work closely with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Administrator to guarantee a firstclass service is provided

You will need:


  • At least 6 months experience handling a property caseload within a law firm
  • New build experience is an advantage, but not essential
