Full Time hours)

Salary £26k per annum plus fantastic benefits

Role overview:

We provide a range of health insurance options which can give customers access to diagnosis, treatment and specialist support services.

What you'll do:

Service members making claims in the early stages of membership by assessing medical reports and liaising with healthcare professionals to establish eligibility in line with underwriting terms.
Speak to our members in order to obtain all relevant medical information required to evaluate a correct outcome.
Servicing members at different stages of their claiming journey where medical assessment involvement is required and communicate the decision to the member in a clear and concise manner.

What you'll bring:

Previous experience of working in a customer services environment and demonstrates strong customer focus skills.
Comprehensive understanding of Bupa's Personal /Company/Corporate schemes
Ability to identify sources of data, analyse data and make rational decisions and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy on sensitive medical issues.
Proficient key board skills with an ability to navigate PC systems
A good telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills, able to manage time effectively.
