About us and the role


We are currently recruiting a part-time Senior Pensions Administrator to manage the growing operational demands of the central HR & Finance functions.

We are a growing, Multi Academy Trust within the education sector with approximately 780 employees across multiple sites.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop into a role that offers real ownership in a collaborative environment.


We are looking for an initiative-taking, analytical individual with proven technical experience in administering multiple pension schemes (Teacher Pension Scheme - TPS; Local Government Pension Scheme - LGPS; and National Employment Savings Trust - NEST), ideally within the education/public sectors.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility around remote working. The successful applicant will usually be expected to work from the Leicester office, where our Finance team is based. We would expect two days a week in the Leicester office. Occasional travel to the Central Team office in Stanmore Middlesex, where HR is based, will be required.

Initially, this would be once a week until fully integrated into the team, after which it will be once a fortnight.
