About the role
We're excited to be looking for a
People Advisor to join our
People Services team.

The People Services team are a key enabler to support NCFE in cultivating a purpose led, collaborative, vibrant and high-performance culture, where our people are connected with and aligned to, achieving our ambitious goals.

Our People Advisors work closely with our People Business Partners, Assistants and Administrators to deliver a proactive and high-quality service to a designated area of the business to support them in achieving a high-performance culture.


Reporting to a People Business Partner, in this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for Line Managers and providing critical support to the People Business Partners and People Project Lead on a range of People projects.

We'd love to hear from you if you hold the following key skills and experience:

  • Associate Membership of the CIPD
  • Current knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
  • Experience of managing ER cases

This role requires hybrid working therefore you will need to be within travel distance of Head Office to ensure you can work from the office once a week.
