Description

We are looking for someone to join our existing office based team to assist with administration duties and answering the phone.


This role is based on a 30-hour week between the hours of 9:00am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9:30 to 3pm Friday, with one hour for lunch.

You will be based from Clear Vision HQ in Wide Lane, SO18 2HJ.


Essentially this role will work closely on customer service, dealing with new enquiries and liaising with the team as well as dealing with after sales and admin support.

This could suit a graduate or college leaver wanting to carve out a career within an office-based environment.

Experience with Office suite (or Mac equivalent) is a pre-requisite, but this doesn't have to be extensive knowledge, a good understanding will suffice.

You will need to have a confident but polite telephone manner, be able to work well in a team, autonomously and above all have a can-do attitude.

You will have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your own time effectively.

Primary duties will include:
answering the phone, providing an exceptional "first impression" to new, existing and potential customers.


You will be tasked with reviewing simple residential customer accounts, ensuring payments are reconciled correctly and taking the initiative if gentle debt chasing is deemed necessary in the first instance, by following procedures already in place.

The role will also include placing orders with suppliers, sourcing particular items (as and when required).

There is real potential to grow within this role and expand on the current duties.
