We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking Team Lead who can work with our client who has a Spinal Injury.

You will work alongside our Management Team in leading a team of Support Workers.

You will assist in the delivery of ongoing, high quality, recovery based support to adults with complex care support needs.

We are looking for a Team Leader who has a proven track record of complex care experience to include:

Tracheostomy care
Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding.
Ventilation management
Oral suctioning
Bowel management
Nebuliser (NEB)
Medications

What you can expect from us in return:

Required Skills/Qualifications:

2 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
Car Driver with business insurance
Commitment to delivering client specific care.
Adaptable and Professional approach to support client and family members.
