You will join one of the UK's leading employment specialist teams, recognised as market leaders for both employer and employee clients.


Whilst the focus is on employment-related matters, the team also has specialist immigration, pension, data protection, education and remuneration lawyers, in addition to a small corporate and commercial team.


the firm is home to numerous specialist employment lawyers who provide advice across an array of matters such as employment disputes in the tribunal and High Court, discrimination claims, employee competition, redundancy situations, TUPE, partnership andshareholder disputes, general advisory matters such as drafting employment contracts and policies, and transactional support.


The firm is always interested in speaking with employment lawyers that can bring something different to the team or add to one of the team's existing specialism.

About you

You will be a senior employment lawyer with experience working within a reputable City, regional or boutique practice.


You will likely have a recognised specialism such as (but not necessarily) discrimination cases, employee contribution, education or international work.


Ideally, you will have a portable following, enough to cover your costs or otherwise have the drive and ambition to build your own client base through your existing contacts.
