Key Responsibilities:


  • Creating maintenance work schedules, delegating tasks to team members, and monitoring task completion
  • Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance involvement
  • Supervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow safe work practices
  • Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required
  • Managing the purchase of maintenancerelated materials, spares, and services and controlling costs
  • Identifying and monitoring department KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Essential Criteria:


  • Proven experience in a management/supervisory capacity
  • Technical understanding of electrical, mechanic, and hydraulic systems
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills for scheduling maintenance tasks and ensuring job completion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong understanding of safety and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management
  • Ability to work with vendors and thirdparty providers
