THE OPPORTUNITY
Applications are now open for a Recruitment & Training Coordinator to join People and Growth (HR) Team. This role can be based in our London/Bristol/Wales Office to start ASAP.
You will be responsible for building relationships across the UK internally within our offices and supporting hiring and onboarding of our team.
This is an office-based role.DUTIES:
- Actively promotes a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment
- Responsible for supporting end to end hiring process
- Supports with compliance and administration of all HR functions
- Organises orientation and induction for new employees with support
- Supports internal activities and event organisation
- Positively drives DEI forward through culture initiatives.
