Description
An exciting opportunity to join an expanding Family Run Business as our Service Advisor.

-
Duties & Responsibilities include:_

  • Welcoming customers to the showroom
  • Liaising with customers & mechanics to schedule service appointments
  • Consulting with mechanics / bodyshop technicians about repairs & estimate costs
  • Liaising with suppliers to source & order parts as required
  • Keep maintenance records up to date using our Garage Management system
  • Organise & record courtesy vehicles
  • Assisting to market the car dealerships services
  • Any other administration duties as required
Experience within a similar role desirable, full training provided.

Salary negotiable based on experience.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
