Legal Team Assistant - Central Nottingham - Up to £23,000 - REF574372TH

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Providing support to Senior Lawyers and dedicated team
Being the first point of contact for the department fielding both internal and external queries
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
Drafting correspondence
Arranging domestic and international travel including arranging visas
Reviewing monthly expense claims for all staff/directors in the business to ensure adherence to company policy
Planning and budget control of events, including corporate hospitality, offsite events/team away days
Events Management including attending client events and seminars when required
Liaising with senior stakeholders, clients and partners
Complex diary management and scheduling meetings
Coordinating financial management
