Superior Healthcare is a specialist provider of complex care at home for children, young people and adults who have long-term health conditions.


The organisation was established in response to the co-founders' personal experience of caring for a family member who has an acquired brain injury.

For us, it's personal and we are now offering the opportunity to become a fully trained carer with us - one of Kent's leading healthcare providers Enrol on to our dedicated 'New to Care' course and receive the knowledge, skills and experience required to take on a rewarding role in care.


Upon completion of your paid 3-week training, you'll be given a full-time permanent contract and options for day or night shifts.

We'll be with you every step of the way.


Job details:


Working as a Complex Care Support Worker within the community, you will be trained to provide a high standard of care and support to our clients with complex healthcare needs.

Your main role will be to support in providing a high level of staffing for a wide range of clients within the business.

You will ensure the clients receive person-centred care and you will support the clients to live a full and valued life.

This will include personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, activity planning and accessing the wider community as well as general house maintenance and meal preparation.

You will work a minimum of 35 hours each week.

  • You must hold a valid, clear UK driving license, with access to your own vehicle.
  • You must have received both COVID19 vaccinations.

- £10.00 per hour - increasing to £11.00-£12.33 once the full training programme is complete.
