Our client, based in Brighton, is a local chain of Nurseries, who are looking for a Junior HR Administrator to join their team.
The role will be a mix of admin support tasks in areas such as Human Resources, Recruitment and Payroll as well as helping todeliver other projects to improve business efficiency.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skill, whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.Responsibilities
- Organising and booking staff training courses
- Archiving of documents and other resources
- Supporting routine Human Resources, Recruitment and Payroll tasks
- Auditing the weekly and monthly order forms
- Maintaining and organising digital filing structures
- Assisting in the efficient and smooth running of our office
- Liaising with the office and nursery staff to complete tasks and generally be a strong team player
Requirements:
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Must be enthusiastic, selfmotivated, and willing to learn
- Two satisfactory relevant references
Desired Qualifications
- GCSE grades 49 or equivalent in English and Maths
Prospects
- There is potential to progress into a permanent role after successful completion of the apprenticeship
