Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at a small nursing home.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of the home, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff
Ensure that care plans are up to date and reviewed regularly
Assess residents' needs and develop care plans
Ensure that medication is administered safely and in accordance with policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records of care given

Qualifications:

Valid nursing qualification (e.g. RGN, RMN, RNLD)
Previous experience working as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in a nursing home
Knowledge of current legislation and regulations in relation to care homes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
