Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Chelmsford, Essex.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing support and assistance to students with special educational needs in a classroom setting.
  • Assisting the teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Implementing strategies to support students' learning and development.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with other staff members and professionals to support students' progress.

Requirements:


  • Some experience working with special educational needs is desirable.
  • Previous experience working with young people is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • A valid DBS check on the update service, or the willingness to obtain one.
