Marketing Executive, Poole, £30,000

Role Purpose
Rubicon's client is a
well-established finance company who have
grown organically over the past 40 years.

You will join a
growing team and drive forward
digital marketing growth, taking ownership of social media and multi-channel campaigns by creating engaging content and focusing on developing ideas.

As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

Managing and maintaining
social media,
content and campaigns; working with the wider team and third-party suppliers to
organise,
design and oversee
multi-channel marketing campaigns; whilst producing marketing materials including leaflets, flyers and posters.
Working with the
Marketing Data Analyst to understand social media campaign results and adapt future work; whilst
conducting marketing and competitor analysis to track changes and keep informed of what is happening in the market.

Project managing sponsorship activations and events, ensuring opportunities are maximised and executed on time and to budget.

Organising and
managing corporate gifts to nurture relationships and drive loyalty.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and uphold key processes.

Your skills and experience will include:

Minimum
two years' experience in a marketing role (finance or property industry is desirable).

Creative,
driven, and
passionate;
experienced in running multi-channel campaigns for multiple target audiences.

Excellent
communication skills (
copywriting is of particular importance).
Experienced in
presentations and
communicating ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
Impeccable
attention to detail and
eye for creative design.
Ability to
manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and
manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Active
team player and
confident working in a fastpaced environment.
Experienced using
:Microsoft Office,
Mailchimp,
Adobe Suite,
Sprout Social.
