Due to continued development, we are currently looking to recruit a full time Recruitment Consultant to join our public sector recruitment team in Chorley.

The role
- Negotiating fees with potential clients
- Maintenance of electronic records
- Diary management
- Preparing correspondence, documents, contracts, mailers and branding CV's
- Background experience in sales
- Enthusiastic with a real passion for the industry

This role will be suited to someone who is seeking a new challenge and is looking to make the next step in their career.
We are not a large multi-site agency but a single office with a great team and this is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the largest public sector contracts in recruitment.
Hours:
35 hours a week working in shifts between 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
We want to be realistic and occasionally you may be required to work later during busy periods and if client workload demands.
We offer uncapped commission so there is no limit on what you could potentially take home.
Your effort will have a direct impact on your earnings and you must be prepared to build up your sales pipeline in order to receive a healthy commission.
