Service Advisor


Location:
Croydon


Salary:
Circa £27,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

Full Time and Permanent - Saturdays on a rota basis

Our client is an automotive retailer representing car brands with across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, and Hampshire.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and supportive point of contact for vehicle servicing and repair.
  • Manage information flow between the workshop, business, and customers.
  • Meet and exceed individual KPI targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain the service department loading system and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
  • Ensure customer understanding and authorisation of work carried out.
  • Maintain safe working practices and high business standards.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:


  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Organized with a smart appearance.
  • Confident and able to work in a teambased environment.
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive sector.
