My client is a global and well-established business and market leaders in next-generation multi-channel trading software, systems and liquidity risk services with expertise to give total access to every part of the world's markets, with offices across Asia-Pacific,Europe and Africa.

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer for a 9-12-months in London. Can be as self-employed or under contract.

We require a confident professional, with a solid foundation gained within corporate, having a broad-ranging, high-level work within the global financial or forex trading markets.

You will work closely with CFO and CHRO, providing on the spot advice andsupport as and when required.


Key duties will include:

• Report to the President and Chairman of Board of Directors.
• Draft documentation including but not limited stock options agreements and articles of association etc.
• Advising on all matters related to corporate structure and share capital, including share issues, transfers and reorganisations.
• Assist in managing change management processes in foreign jurisdictions including working with other internal departments and external advisors to review the legal matters and infrastructure workstreams.
• If required, prepare the appropriate legal documents and represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Advice on the company's policies and position on legal matters.
• Support to protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Guide the HR and Finance Team on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations across the business.
• Experience of the standard range of corporate law procedures, transactions and issues such, corporate governance and other aspects of corporate and contract law.
• Provide support on Labour Law matters, as and when required.

You must be able to think commercially and strategically, have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
