Your role here


The Accounts Assistant will assist in the day-to-day running of the finance department for cash collection and the sales and purchase ledger.

You will process invoices, submit expense requests for approval, perform bank reconciliations, monitor sales ledger, and act as a liaison with third party service providers, clients, and suppliers.


Your experience and background- Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to take direction accurately and work as part of a team.- Extremely organized, trustworthy, and accurate.- Proficiency with spreadsheets software (Sage preferred, but not required).- Administrative skills.- A minimum of 2 years within finance/accounting sector.
