This Production Coordinator role is working with a strategy-driven creative experiences agency seeking to make a positive sustainable impact in the world.

As Production Coordinator you'll support the production of climate and socially-focused initiatives working regularly with the design team, production, digital, logistics and content production, as well as third-party film production companies and AV suppliers.
Working on a global account you'll be responsible for the day-to-day production support and smooth running of projects, coordination and assisting during pre-production, production and post-production of international live and hybrid events, trade shows, film and digital content.
Responsibilities for the Production Coordinator include:
- Assisting with all elements of event creative production
- Project scheduling, coordination and managing timelines of production elements
- Attending site visits in the UK and abroad (Europe, Americas, Middle East and AsiaPac)
- Track progress and quality of deliverables and communicate project scope to team members
- General project research in supporting creative ideas including unique event venues, film locations, furniture and props for onsite, experiential or local initiatives in sustainability
- Stock library images, music and video footage research and curation
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven and looking to build and develop their skills in Creative Production that extends to live and hybrid events, broadcasting, and content generation.
You'll have production experience within the events industry, a basic understanding of AV/technical and content production plus awareness of health and safety issues and risk assessments.
