Macildowie Finance are currently supporting a leading Leicestershire based business, to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a full time, permanent basis.

This business are easily commutable from all areas of Leicestershire, and some of South Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire, they have a forward thinking approach to agile working and you will definitely NOT be expected to be in the office 5 days per week

This role will be working for a business who are one of the major players in their industry; they operate from a position of premium quality and have been consistently recognised for the quality of their product and for outperforming industry standards.

Within this highly exposed role you will be reporting to a high calibre line manager who will be an excellent career mentor, they have a background in several large blue chip recognisable names and their enthusiasm and passion is infectious

Responsibilities will include:


Providing high quality and accurate analysis and commentary for a variety of key stakeholders within the Operational arms of the business.

Supporting on the month end reporting and post month end analysis including cost centre management and variance analysis.
CAPEX investment appraisals modelling and commentary
Take a lead on all budgeting and forecasting activity across the business.

Developing relationships across all levels of the business, providing key financial advice and support to a wide range of stakeholders.

Reviewing, analysis and presentation of key performance metrics including cost centre management.

Utilising advanced Excel skills to undertake deep dive analysis to 'drill down' on areas of variance to plan - both positive and negative.

To be considered for this role you must be ACCA/CIMA/ACA Finalist/Newly Qualified with a passion for Operational Finance.
You must have demonstrable examples of business partnering ideally with Managers/Directors.
You must have the ability to disseminate and present large volumes of data.
