**Clinic Nurse - Staff Nurse - Treatment centre RGN/ RN - Dialysis (DAYS)
**Redditch, North East Worcestershire, West Midlands 7am - 7pm shifts

Starting salary £27,000 (up to £32,000 exp Dialysis Nurses) + £3k joining bonus**Staff Nurse required for a private treatment centre located in Redditch in Worcestershire.

We are seeking applicants with a genuine desire and interest to nurse in this speciality of Renal nursing.

Our client is one of the world's largest independent renal care providers who are devoting their efforts to developing the best renal care services in the field of dialysis.

A small treatment centre in West Midlands.

The Role
You will provide high quality nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis and promote good working relationships with the NHS

Key duties include:

Initiation and termination of dialysis treatment
Preparation and monitoring of dialysis machines and systems
Physical assessment of patient's pre and post dialysis
Performing analysis of patient assessments, laboratory data
Provide ongoing patient education Comprehensive professional training programme provided.

You will be required to work shifts: Monday to Saturday between the hours of 6:30/7am and 6.30/7pm (37.5 hours per week).

_NO NIGHTS OR SUNDAYS + CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS DAY OFF_
To be successful in this role you will be / have: NMC Registered Nurse

At least one year's experience in general nursing _(Haemodialysis would be an advantage but not essential as full thorough training will be provided)_
Awareness and Understanding of NMC code of professional conduct
Be able to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

Salary

Starting salary £27,000 + £3k welcome bonus (UP TO £32,500 FOR THOSE WITH DIALYSIS EXP) overtime allowance and benefits including 27 days annual leave (plus bank holiday and increase with service), life assurance and pension.

Relocation allowances also available.
