ABOUT THE ROLE
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The role holder will lead the business on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging and implement the organisation's D&I initiatives and activities that resonate readily and effectively with all colleagues especially those of underrepresented populations.
- Drive the strategic direction of Diversity and Inclusion within Bentley.
- Serve as a change agent, consultant, thoughtleader and influencer, working with HR Process owners to share best practice, ensuring all people processes support a diverse and inclusive organisation.
- Work with senior leadership team in designing and implementing companywide changes to ensure diversity, equity and respect for all colleagues.
- Act as the compass for the D&I Networks to ensure alignment between to the corporate strategy, and adherence to their purpose of including, improving and informing.
- Design and implement metrics, monitoring & reporting systems to effectively benchmark organizational progress in D&I.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Significant experience in living diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging combined with the ability to share best practice and drive D & I innovation across outreach, recruitment, succession planning, culture and development.
- Knowledge of theory and research relating to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging across a broad range of HR topics.
- Highly developed political awareness and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, engage and influence colleagues at all levels within the organisation to deliver improvement initiatives.
- A disruptive thinker with a strong network within the D & I space and awareness of D & I innovations.
- Data Driven with strong analytical skills.
