SECONDARY SCITT HUB LEAD

Leadership Scale L- L5

Start Date 17th April 2023

The Redhill Trust in partnership with Inspiring Leaders is seeking to appoint a lead for the growing secondary Hub of the Inspiring Leaders SCITT.

The secondary Hub currently provides teacher training for aspiring secondary teachers across the East Midlands and is strategically supported by the Redhill Teaching School Hub.

The SCITT Hub lead will be responsible for all matters related to the leadership of the secondary Hub and be part of the SLT of the group of Hubs which form the Inspiring Leaders SCITT.

Specific duties will include:

Supporting the ongoing development of the SCITT at a strategic level
Overseeing the marketing of and recruitment to the SCITT
Coordinating and delivering training for all secondary trainees
Overseeing assessment and QA processes
Managing training placements and supporting trainees, mentors and ITT coordinators.
