Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including scheduling deliveries and managing driver assignments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, job sheets, and spreadsheets to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and processes.
- Utilise strong administrative skills to support various office functions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics is advantageous.
- Proven track record in customer service roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in managing invoices, job sheets, and spreadsheets.
- Strong background in administrative support.
- Exceptional telephone manner with the ability to handle driver queries and issues effectively.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm
Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
