WHO WE ARE
C365Cloud is an award-winning cloud-based software solution aimed at organisations with large property estates.

We host a management system designed to support organisations in auditing, managing and improving their level of statutory compliance and Facilities Management inspections, it also allows organisations to proactively manage compliance and any subsequent actions, based upon their risk level and by exception.


THE ROLE

  • All tickets received by the helpdesk are actioned within the agreed SLA's
  • Ensure actions from client meetings are completed in the timescales required
  • Help with the on boarding of new clients especially around creating new users
  • Ensure all support calls received are dealt with professionally and resolved to agreed SLA's
  • Ensure that all documents uploaded to the supplier portal are processed within agreed SLA's
  • Ensure client commitments are met
  • Ensure defined business processes are followed within agreed timescales
  • Support colleagues prior to client meetings ensuring all actions are successfully completed

DESIRABLES SKILLS

  • Basic SQL understanding

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
