At Redefined by VIP, we have an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for travel and customer service to support the launch of Redefined Travel.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Researching, and promoting travel destinations on all social media platforms
- Generating new travel enquiries
- Converting enquiries into sales
- Providing a high standard customer service
- Providing excellent aftersales care
- Research and stay uptodate on travel trends, destinations, and industry news
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Target driven
- Sales oriented
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

- Passion for travel
- Ability to use travel booking systems and software
