An exciting opportunity has become available working within our sales team at Start Traffic Ltd t/a Start Safety, Worcester.

Established in 2009 by the current MD, Start Safety is a small and friendly business consistently growing year on year.

We are an online distributor of road traffic, workplace, and construction safety equipment with our range of products continually expanding.

We pride ourselves in providing our customers with the best service from point of contact through to order delivery and beyond.

Our sales team are committed, friendly and helpful not just to our customers but to each other.

17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities

Processing online orders
Taking inbound sales call
Entering new Customers into a CRM database
Quote preparation
Ensuring customers are treated fairly and in line with the company values
A minimum of 2 years current sales experience in a sales office environment
Strong customer management and communication skills with a proactive 'can do' approach
PC literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
An efficient teamplayer with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues
High attention to detail to maintain the highest quality and service
Ability to both work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent organisational and planning skills
