Overview
Searching for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established retail brands business. Joining the warehouse and logistics HR team and supporting an award winning HRBP. A great opportunity to jump onboard to coach, guide and support logistic managerswith HR issues and queries.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Supporting and coaching Managers with HR related ER cases
  • Dealing with suspension and appeal motions
  • Building relationships and with Managers and stakeholders
  • Managing onsite HR queries reactively
  • Taking charge of the suspension and appeal motions
  • Getting involved in other HR projects were required

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR Advisor level role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships, maintain trust and accountability with all stakeholders
