Internal Sales Coordinator - Up to £28K plus Benefits

The Role


Do you have strong administration skills with a passion for sales and marketing along with an excellent telephone manner? If you have, we are looking for someone like you to help grow our business as an Internal Sales Coordinator.


Central Wire Industries UK Ltd is a world leader in manufacturing high quality and profiled shaped wire products, looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and results driven Internal Sales Coordinator.

In this role you will be joining an existing small sales team where you will be responsible for the sales administration along with planning and carrying out direct marketing and sales activities, to our UK & EU markets.

This position is office-based.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Carry out market research, competitor analysis and market surveys.
  • Processing orders and enquiries
  • Day to day office administration tasks data inputting and excel spreadsheets.
  • Producing Proforma Invoices and Credit Notes
  • Prepare and send out Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a sales / customer service / sales administration role, ideally within the Metals Industry.
  • Be confident on the phone, professional and customer focused, with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Organised, thrives from being busy, working under pressure, with a keen attention to detail.
