Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Create and post engaging content daily across various social media platforms.
  • Manage inventory, order stock, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and bookings.
  • Assist in project management and development, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Pack orders with care and attention to detail.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.
  • Handle daytoday administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain and update the salon's website and social media accounts.
  • Curate captivating salon displays and campaigns to attract clients.
  • Assist in staff handling and HR tasks, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Run errands for the salon owner, ensuring timely completion of tasks and efficient management of personal affairs.
  • Assist in shopping for personal and professional needs, including but not limited to beauty products, office supplies, and event materials.
  • Curate and manage posts for the salon owner's personal social media accounts, maintaining a consistent and engaging online presence reflective of her personal brand.
  • Manage the salon owner's personal calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing events.
  • Ensure the owner's schedule is optimised for productivity and balance, with timely reminders for important commitments.
  • Liaise with external parties on behalf of the owner, maintaining professional communication and representing her interests effectively.
  • Manage various projects on behalf of the salon owner, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to drive project progress and achieve objectives in a timely manner.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and analyse information to support project planning and decisionmaking.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for the salon owner, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
