Description

Our client, a global record label, is seeking a
Head of Creative Talent Acquisition for a 12-month maternity cover role.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Taking responsibility for the full recruitment from brief through to onboarding of midlevel to senior hires for the UK.
  • Taking advantage of a range of sourcing channels such as headhunting, market mapping, referrals, LinkedIn, and social media etc.
  • Partnering with the company's Preferred Recruitment Suppliers where needed.
  • Cultivating a useful recruitment pool, networking, and identifying partners to support hiring activities.
  • Leveraging key relationships to influence key stakeholders within the business.
  • Overseeing the company's internship, Graduate Scheme, Intern network, and neurodiversity support program.
  • Handling the management of three experienced music industry recruiters.
  • Leading the team across projects.
  • Working with L&D to progress personal development programs for team members.
  • Providing regular updated to the PIC Director on progress within the team.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record with developing, managing, and supporting a team, ideally within the music and entertainment industries.
  • Demonstrable experience working agency side or inhouse recruitment.
  • Authentic passion for music.
  • Able to work with new managers and show best practices.
  • Experience hiring from a junior to senior level.
  • Experience hiring across a range of positions that include eCommerce and Digital.
  • Confident working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.
