IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key asset management clients supporting with the recruitment of a Corporate Receptionist for a period of 12 months, paying a competitive salary PAYE.
This is to join the team in their prestigious Central London office.
You will assist and support with accommodating all meeting room related needs and services as well as reporting facilities issues within this area as required.
What is expected of the Corporate Receptionist?
Supporting the Client Meeting Suite Manager, with all meeting service requirements, effectively allocating the meeting rooms, which will be dependent on numbers, meeting dates/times and the audio-visual equipment required.
Upon notification from building Reception, collect the visitors and escort into the suite, accommodate clients in the appropriate meeting room and offer refreshments, prior to arrival of the host.
Offer support and guidance in the allocation/use of the meeting rooms and oversee the smooth running of these facilities.
Act as a focal point for all requirements including directly liaising and managing service delivery of third parties, which includes but is not limited to porterage, cleaning, and catering.
Provide Reception with name/company details to ensure name badges are prepared accurately and that all visitors fulfil security requirements on arrival, whilst on, and on departure from site.
Previous experience working as a receptionist or meeting suite assistant in a corporate setting
Good attention to detail
