Cloud DevOps Engineer opportunity to join an expanding global software vendor (Remote / Hybrid)
The Cloud DevOps Engineer must have a strong background in complex troubleshooting across a range of technologies.

You will be involved in re-engineering and moving software from Arm to Terraform, managing back end of Azure code, decoding technical softwareoutput and installation logs, SQL database investigation, troubleshooting, customising software tools and deploying newly developed software in to the Cloud (primarily MS Azure).

Technical Skills:

Cloud technologies (Azure)
DevOps Technologies e.g. Jenkins, Go-CD
IAAC (Infrastructure as a code), e.g. Terraform, Arm, CDK, Cloudformation
Infrastructure and virtualisation (Windows and/or Mac OS, Windows Servers, VMware/Citrix)
It would be desirable to have experience / knowledge of Azure SQL / SQL server
Programming / scripting with Powershell, VBScript or any similar language
Software deployment with technologies such as SCCM would also be benedficial, although knowledge of these technologies is not essential.
Infosec / Security Compliance
Any interest or experience in Data Analytics / Big Data would be beneficial.
