New Legal Secretary Role

City Centre Firm

Salary DOE

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic Legal Solutions Law Firm who are on the market for an experienced Legal Secretary with review to potentially progress into an Office Manager position.

The Firm are multi-practice and cover a range of areas of law from Corporate Commercial, Banking & Finance and Dispute Resolution.


The Role will include:


  • Audio typing
  • General administration support
  • Diary management, arranging travel etc.
  • Over seeing junior team members.
  • Dealing with enquiries.
  • Supporting Senior Partners.
  • Senior Level Legal Secretary
  • The ability to prioritise task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Capable using legal software.
