This high end organisation which have a small portfolio of nursing homes, need a strong, responsive Quality and Compliance Manager, to drive the business forward and aim for more OUTSTANDING homes.

You will be experienced within Elderly Care and strive for excellence within your services, and will work closely with the CEO to improve standards across the company

Based in Hampshire, you will be located across the South Coast, and happy to drive to visit your homes.
