Planning Coordinator
To monitor and track the new development programme, working within the planning team completing all tasks including booking, record keeping, accurate tracking for metering, new service connections, new development connections and reinstatement works as set by Portsmouth Water.
Essential Job Functions:
- To process incoming work requests and produce work packs
- Ensure accurate records are captured
- Attend any meetings regarding the current programmes
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed to a high standard
- Monitoring database of incoming jobs
- Producing work packs for gangs
- Checking work complete and changing any anomalies
- Reporting data to client
- Assisting Streetworks Team with any administrative tasks set
- High standard of customer service
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Data systems experience (desirable)
- Organised, reliable and conscientious
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
- Good time keeping

Contract Planning Manager
