Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Grace Garden School is a new, exciting and innovative provision which offers full-time education to children aged 9-16 years who have significant/complex social, emotional or educational difficulties.
For over 30 years, Ruskin Mill Trust has provided Specialist Independent Education to children and adults with complex needs including learning difficulties, autistic spectrum conditions and disabilities.
Inspired by Aonghus Gordon using the insights of Rudolf Steiner, John Ruskin and William Morris, Ruskin Mill Trust works with hand, head, heart and place to provide students with the tools to transform material and in doing so transform themselves.
This is an exciting opportunity offered by Catherine Grace Trust part of Ruskin Mill Trust for a professional and flexible person to work as a key member of the administration team to fulfil a wide range of duties.
The role will undertake a wide variety of duties and responsibilities and assist the Centre Administration Manager with the efficient running of the administrations functions at the school.
- Acting as first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls and visitors to the School
- Word processing of documents
- Maintaining and updating student information
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Issuing staff ID cards
- General administrative support to the Centre Administration Manager and other departments within the School
