Due to continued growth and success within our Education Division, Castle Employment are currently recruiting for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team.


You will be responsible for building, managing and growing client relationships, with a number of different education providers, from nurseries, through to universities.


We are keen to speak with individuals who care about the future of Education within the community and want to help schools within difficult and challenging times.

Reporting into the Team Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and delivering a successful recruitment process for various clients, including Nurseries, Primary, SEN schools, Secondary schools and FE/HE colleges and universities
  • Delivering supply teachers/TAs and education staff to client schools across Yorkshire on a day to day, long term, temporary and permanent basis
  • Engaging and liaising with Teacher's and support staff who are actively seeking work
  • Building and nurturing current client relationships through regular contact and communication methods
  • Meeting company expectations set around various targets and goals


This will be working Monday to Friday either 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm, earning a competitive salary between £20,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience.

On top of this, you will also be entitled to a generous monthly bonus based on performance.

There will be expectations to be on call which is shared weekly amongst the delivery team. This will be between the hours of 6:30am-8/9pm where you will be paid for any additional hours worked.
