Edge Careers are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of clients. This is to start on a busy development in Kendal, Cumbria. This contract is working on a New Build Retirement Village.

This contract will run for the next 4 months until hand over, working 7:30am to 5pm.

Rate negotiable depending on experience.


We are looking for someone that is a team player, that can work alongside the site management team and help drive this project forward.

This is a 'Hands On' Finishing Foreman role so you will be required to manage the on-site trades, oversee their work but also where required help with the on site snagging works.

Duties will include managing the finishing inspection processes on site (snagging) in the lead up to inspections and then following up after if required to oversee any further alterations that need be addressed.

The Finishing Foreman Role will require - CSCS Card - SSSTS (Beneficial) - Own Tools - x2 Checkable References
