Silverback is a fast growing e-commerce fitness clothing brand. We are market leaders in apparel for the strength community.

We work with elite athletes and ambassadors from the Strongman, Powerlifting and Bodybuilding sectors and our team is rapidly growing.

We are looking for an energetic, creative and flexible individual to join our team.

This is a full time permanent position working from our office based in Bromsgrove.

Silverback is seeking a skilled social media strategist to help us accelerate our social presence across, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms.

Objectives of this role

• Monitor analytics and metrics to gauge success of social media posts and ad campaigns
• Research social media trends and hashtags that relate to a target audience's interests
• Manage a social media content calendar for various channels, planning and scheduling posts in advance
• Maintain a cohesive social media strategy across various channels to achieve high levels of user engagement
• Coordinate with social media influencers, bloggers, and news outlets to promote brand awareness and create social buzz around product launches.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and publish original and highquality content across various social media platforms
• Analyze data and metrics to create weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI
• Manage all company social media accounts to ensure relevant, uptodate content
• Respond directly to comments and questions on social media posts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to grow the company's network and target new followers
• Work closely with our current roster of athletes to maximise product launches
• Develop relationships with potential new content creators

Skills and qualifications

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics/analytics
• Excellent analytical skills
• Minimum experience of 2 years working in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
