One of Norfolk's leading independent commercial property consultants is looking to recruit a
Commercial Property Managerwithin the
Norwich area.

As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll oversee the management department and provide additional professional assistance with Valuations. You will also be responsible for managing the properties, dealing with the clients and interacting with the tenants.

Our clients are offering the successful Commercial Property Manager:

£30,000-£40,000 Basic Salary + performance-based bonus
Private medical care
All professional fees
25 days holiday + bank holidays

Working Hours:

Monday
Friday 9am 5.30pm
Some remote (home working) is available

Commercial Property Manager requirements:

Ideally with a minimum of 5 years within Commercial or Residential Management
Be highly motivated, clientfacing and keen to learn and progress their career
Be able to work independently
Hold a full UK driving license

Tasks of a Commercial Property Manager will include:

Overseeing management of extensive portfolio
Providing day to day management of property and reactive services where necessary
Providing specifications for works and agreeing contracts
Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements
Service charge budget and reconciliation
Invoice authorisation
Maintenance of property records
Working with the office offering advice on management
