We are the voice of dentists and dental students in the UK. We bring dentists together, support our members through advice and education, and represent their interests.

This is a challenging and dynamic period for dentistry and the BDA is recruiting an Indemnity Executive to work within our Indemnity team.

About the role:

This is a full-time role that offers the flexibility of a hybrid approach to working.

You'll have the convenience of working from the comfort of your home while also having the opportunity to collaborate with our fantastic team at our central London office.

The post-holder will ensure the smooth running of the BDA Indemnity process by assisting members in the joining process, setting up their policies and handling their calls and queries throughout their membership.

The postholder will also be responsible for various financial activities including Active monitoring management and the follow-up of any Indemnity Direct Debit failures, securing alternative payment methods and reversal of payments; preparation and calculation of financial spreadsheets for approval, adjustments to Policy Flow, and liaising with all members including follow-up correspondence.
