Graduate Recruitment Consultants - The Benefits

A competitive basic salary plus a commission scheme of up to 45%. The typical earnings are £35K in Year 1, £50K in Year 2 and Year 3 you should be earning between £70K100K

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role

Liaising with their international clients to determine what their requirements are.
Contacting people who are seeking new employment opportunities and matching skills to those opportunities.
Negotiating rates with clients.
Arrange facetoface meetings with international clients.
Attending industry trade fairs and events.
